Worship Ministry
Our worship services are designed to help everyone connect with God in
a way that makes sense and is meaningful. We desire for each person to
experience the joy of corporate celebration, and the benefit of
personal reflection. Our music encourages both of these elements, and
is led by a talented group of people who make up our vocal team,
worship choir, praise band and worship orchestra.
Musically
we utilize an array of songs, instruments and sounds, all carefully
chosen to help people of every age connect with God. We also value the
arts and technology as creative ways to communicate. In addition to
music, our services often utilize video, drama, and other visual
elements to help enhance the worship experience.
The Worship
Ministry involves several teams who serve in our worship services. If
you are interested in participating on one of these teams, contact the
Worship Pastor.
 
 
| WORSHIP CHOIR
The
worship choir sings in many of our worship services and is involved in
special productions during the year. This group rehearses on Wednesday
nights from 6:30 - 8:30 and is open to anyone with prior singing
experience.
WORSHIP ORCHESTRA
The
worship orchestra gives energy and power to our music and plays during
many of our worship services, as well as in special productions
throughout the year. This group rehearses on Wednesday nights from 6:30 - 8:30 and is open to any instrument player with a high school
playing level or better. Auditions may be requested. |
PRAISE TEAM
The
praise team is a small vocal group which assists in leading worship and
providing various musical elements for our services. This team of
leaders is an auditioned group.
PRAISE BAND
The
praise band consists of a select group of players who assist in leading
worship by bringing modern, high energy sounds to our services. The
band rehearses on Wednesday nights as scheduled by the Worship Pastor,
and is an auditioned team.
DRAMA TEAM
The
drama team presents dramatic sketches during some of our worship
services to help visually and artistically communicate various
subjects. Often utilizing humor, dramas are frequently used to assist
the Pastor in illustrating teaching topics or specific points.
Auditions may be requested.
TECHNICAL ARTS TEAM
The
technical arts team assists in worship by operating the various
technical systems in our worship center, including audio, video
graphics and lighting. These team members also assist with rehearsals,
setups, and special productions. |
