| IMPACT Family Resource Center IMPACT Family Resource Center of Eastern Jackson County is an assistance ministry based at First Baptist Church Blue Springs. We partner with other area churches, businesses, social service organizations and government agencies to serve community families. Our mission is to help meet the emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of low-income families and individuals in crisis throughout eastern Jackson County. IMPACT offers the following services and invites you to donate or volunteer to help those in need.
